Moj BH Telecom is a mobile application designed specifically for customers of BH Telecom. It serves as a personal account manager, providing users with an efficient and straightforward way to manage their mobile connections and monitor usage in real-time. It is suitable for both postpaid and prepaid users, ensuring customers stay informed about their mobile services.

For postpaid customers, features include tracking current consumption within the plan, monitoring instant usage outside the package, viewing detailed activity listings, checking unpaid bills, and reviewing the repayment status of any purchased devices. The app also allows users to send credits to Ultra customers and keep up to date with completed updates.

Prepaid customers can check their credit balance, understand their connection status, and utilize the same credit-sending facility as postpaid users. Similar to their postpaid counterparts, they have access to detailed activity listings and can stay informed about the latest updates.

The app is designed to be highly user-friendly. Once installed, customers are required to enter their mobile number and password just once; afterwards, they can log in using their existing BH Telecom portal password or a new one created through the Registration process.

Access to the app's features does require an Internet connection through either mobile data or WiFi. The display of information may differ depending on the specific type and content of the user's package, with options including Extra, Ultra, NoLimit, MyM, TopTim, Combo, or Student.
